It gets a small spark on the first try but will not start

It gets a small spark on the first try but will not start. Any attempt after that no spark at all. Checked the coils and replaced the spark plugs. Hearing it can be a hundred different things. I removed the starter relay and found that the car didn't even make a sound. I removed the ignition relay and got the same response with the spark, I was wondering how can I tell if the ignition relay went bad?

Hello,

The ignition relay is located in the fuse box under the hood (see diagram below).
This relay can be tested to check functionality.
