2003 Nissan Altima Belt Noise

Mostly when I am in gear and stop I notice this, but my fan belt will shake and rattle my car. It does make a squeaking noise. When I turn on the AC it does it more vigorously. Is this the belt tensioner or could it possible be the belt stretching? Or none of the two. Please let me know.

Drew, I don't know what causes it but my daughter drives the same vehicle and has the same issues. She had it in the shop in Sept. They claimed to have fixed it and it seemed to be okay for awhile. But last week she had it back in for the same problems, this time they said they couldn't figure it out. So we're looking for answers too. They mentioned the AC compressor, but the AC is working fine. I don't see any pulleys out of alignment or wobbling. If you have any luck, we'd appreciate a shout, and well do the same for you. Thanks
