2000 Nissan Altima

I have a 2000 Nissan Altima GXE - when I apply brakes the steering wheel vibrates.I changed all the 4 tires, did wheel alignment and wheel balance 3 weeks before, no change. Pls advice

Have your front brake check. That vibration comes from warped rotor(s).

I did the Brake inspection 2 times @ tires plus and they did not tell me any issues on the brakes, but instead they asked me change the struts and mounts. Pls advice.

If it is a strut/strut mount issue, you will have the vibration all the times. If it is engine/trans mount issue, you will feel the vibration at idle, and more during hard acceleration or deceleration.

But you felt it as you applied the brake. I still stand by my initial diagnosis. When was the last time that the brake system checked? I am not talking checking the pads, I mean someone actually pulls the brake rotors out, measure the disc thickness and put them on a brake lathe machine to determine warpage.
