No start and electrical issues

My dash light are blinking on and off back and forth and it just my battery, oil, brake and SRS lights. But when I pull the e-brake the dash comes on but will not start and acts like it is shutting off even with jumper cables on.

That's a tough one. Have you checked all grounds to make sure they are in good condition, including the one on the battery? I have seen issues where there is simply a poor connection at the battery. Try disconnecting the battery, cleaning the terminals on the battery and the cables, and making sure they are tight.

Also, check the main ground to the engine block from the battery and any body grounds from the battery.
