Nats does not recognize the key when cold.
Once it decides to start it is then fine all day.

Okay, this might sound strange but pop the hood and clean and tighten both ends of the battery cables and check the feed to the fuse box as well. NATS seems to be really fussy about voltage.
Does the security light stay on or flash if you try to start it?

It flashes. Been ok for a red days now. Like before it seems to go in spasms.
Ok for a few days then decides not to recognise either key.

It sounds like a weak battery may be resetting the system. Can you try this load test to see if the battery passes. I would just leave the headlights on for 30 minutes. They should be bright at the end of 30.

Please let us know what happens.

Get the battery load tested. I would still suspect it's a battery issue, as Ken says see if it can keep the lights bright. I'm going to bet it can't.
