Vehicle has started hesitating and jumping forward

My vehicle listed above will run down the road then start hesitating then dragging down in mph or jumping forward then repeating the action. I will sometimes have to pull over and shut down the engine then start it again and it will run fine for a few miles and the problem starts again. Sometimes I can just hit the brakes and then it will stop for a short time and it will happen again. And it was examined yesterday and there were no problems found. But the red symbol like a lightning bolt going down a tube keeps coming up and the yellow engine problem light comes on.

Good afternoon,

Did the shop experience the issue? If they did, no problem found is not acceptable.

Did they read the code from the check engine light?

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/checking-a-service-engine-soon-or-check-engine-light-on-or-flashing

I need the code set for the check engine light as it will narrow the area of failure. You can go to a parts store and have them read it for free.
