Hello, my car is turning over but it won’t start. All the lights are working. It was fine all yesterday and then when I woke up today it wouldn’t start. It’s been freezing temperatures today as well. I went and bought a battery starter/engine starter and I have had it on for a couple hours still no turnover. Could you possibly help me?

The engine sounds okay, so I don't think it is something mechanical. Since the check engine light is not coming on, we need to check the car's fuses first.

Here is a guide to help and the fuse locations, please have the systems on before checking:

Please let me know which fuse is blown so I can look up the sensors/motors they run. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Okay will be checking the fuses. Does this sound like a fuel module fuse? I heard and read up on ford Taurus having this problem.

Yes that can be the problem, let's run the codes to see which ones are stored, this will help us go in the right direction to fix the issue. I don't want to just start throwing parts at it.

It was the fuel relay behind the backseat! It started right up when I plugged it in. Thanks
