My blinkers do not work at all not even the indicators

When I go to switch my blinkers on it does not tell me that they are on and you can't see them from either the back or the front lights. The model of my 1987 Jeep Cherokee is a 2 door RWD Straight 6 4.0 liter. THANKS FOR THE HELP

The two main suspects are a defective flasher assembly and a blown fuse.

Fuses good starter tested and OK swapped battery with another still nothing. Changed fusible.
