2003 Mitsubishi Galant HELP.

My overhead light in my car is not working and my radio is not keeping the station or the time. My hazard lights not working. I checked the fuses and the small ones seem to be fine but I do not know how to check the larger volt ones. I got a new batter today thinking that would do the job but it did not. Please Help driving me carzy.

Check fuse#22 left side engine compartmet in fuse/relay box

I looked at the fuse that you mentioned but it is not set up like the manual.
Is it a small fuse or a volt? I have messed with the small fuses and checked them they seem to be working. So I do not know what I am overlooking.
