Transmisson problem

When I have my headlights on and put the transmission in drive the car wont move forward, but if I have the headlights off the car will move forward.

I checked the wiring diagram and they don't seem to feed each other, but please remove the headlight bulbs and retry the transmission operation, I'm thinking the system may have a bad ground which is back feeding into the transmission controller.

I have included a diagram as well
