1993 Mitsubishi Galant 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150K miles

A June '92 Mitsubishi Galant W/ 4 cyl SOHC. This car is getting spark and fuel to the injectors but the injectors are not opening due to not the right power thru the injector wiring plugs. I pulled the timing belt cover off and see no senser, so where would it be located and how do I replace the part? I was told it may be located in the distributer itself, do I have to replace the whole distributer? What other options should I be looking at?I used the noid lights and there was nothing?

Thank you for your answer,

Do I have to replace the whole distributor? The crank angle sensor/1 TDC sensor is in the distributor. The computer uses this signals to synchronize the injectors.

Do this check for power at pin#2 at ECM relay-No power here it will not power up the injectors thru the white and yellow wire-
