Cranks over no start replaced following parts one coil pack cam senor plug wires used test ligth found juice at cam &cranK SENORS COIL PACK ALSO BUT NO JUICE COMING OUT WHEN CRANKING THIS STARTED WHEN CAR STARTED UP AND I PUT INTO DRIVE IT SHUT DOWN AND CANNOT START IT

So your saying it has no spark? Get a "noid" light and see if it has injector pulse at the plugs. Is the cam turning? Be sure the timing belt didnt break. Might also be the crank sensor
