2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse Transmission maybe?

2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse 6 cyl 74557 miles

Took a left turn and my car stopped moving. Car was still running. I turned the car off and it started again put the car in drive pressed on the gas I can rev the engine but the car doesn't move.

Hi there, this is sounding like a transmission problem or a drive shaft failure, either way you will need to get a mechanic to inspect this for you as if it is a transmission problem the repairs will be beyond the average home mechanic to take on.

I had the same problem when I turned left my car stopped working. If you got it fix could you tell me what was the problem
