Misfire number two cylinder, running rich

Check engine light comes on at times seems to run okay. Scanner says misfire number two cylinder.

Scanner says number one running rich. Could not delete previous question that was about misfire. Please disregard that question. Was given wrong information on it. But it is rich on one cylinder. Most likely cause? Thanks
