1996 Mercury Sable no cold air

I am not getting cold air the blower is working only hot air. I even tryed freeon.

Use a thermometer and check the air blowing temp
at hot setting and at cold setting any change in temp if not check and suspect blend door & actuator
if change and not cold enogh check if AC clutch coming on
