1996 Mercury Sable car won't start

I have power to everything but my car won't start. The silinoid won't even click. The battery shows 12.3 volts.

Turn you ignition switch on and take a jumpe and go from the hot side of your selinoid to the S side on your solinoid. If it cranks try a selinoid.
