1995 Mercury Sable won't start in rain

My 1995 Mercury Sable Wagon will not start whenever it rains. When the rain stops, it will start right away.

1998 Mercury Grand Marque, Intermittant Problem. This car has failed to start. Twice when cold FAST IDLE FAILES TO INGAUGE, Car runs but no fast idle, This problem goes away, and car runs fine. The check engine light does not go on. Any suggestions I beleive its a lose wire.
