1995 Mercury Sable Car Won't Start

1995 Mercury Sable 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Engine barely turns over with a full charge on the battery. Recently replaced radiator fan motor. Temporarily disconnected right now. Battery tested by professional - it's good. It worked fine this morning, but my wife went to the store and it had some trouble starting. I went to check it after she got back and it wouldn't start.

Check battery terminals
check engine ground
check starter do starter draw test
check charging system and alternator
