1995 Mercury Sable engine won't start

I replace alternator, battery, and rotor under distributor cap car cranks but won't start

You need to check to see if you get a spark from you plugs. There is a cheap spark plug tester you can get.

If you have a spark listen for the fuel pump to come on whe you turn the key. YOU should here it purge up for a second. If not start with the relay then test to see where the volts die in the circuit. If there is power to the fuel pump the it may be dead or a sensor my trigger it to stay off.
