1990 Mercury Cougar won't start

1990 Mercury Cougar 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

this car has been setting for a year now won't start. If you poor gas into throttle body it run until that gas is gone. I have had the injectors test and are fine. What would cause this?

Most likely fuel pump check pressure

Fuel pressure is with in specs.
