1Open engine hoodModel 203AR88.40-P-1000P
2Remove wideband silencer AR09.41-P-6825T
3Loosen poly-V-belt (1) and remove Use the Torx recess below the tensioning pulley (2) for this purpose and swivel in anticlockwise direction (arrow).
Take off poly V-belt (1) and decelerate tensioning pulley (2).
4Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device Installation: Check the belt pulley sections and the tensioning device for any damage and dirt and replace if necessary.
5Check poly-V-belt (1) Installation: Replace poly-V-belt (1) if necessary.
Inspect poly V-belt for wear and damage AP13.22-P-1352Z
6Fit on poly V-belt (1), tension Use the Torx recess below the tensioning pulley (2) for this purpose and swivel in anticlockwise direction (arrow).
Fit on poly-V-belt (1) and slacken the tensioning pulley (2).
Do not use belt wax or any similar products.
Attach poly-V-belt according to the running diagram:
