1992 Mazda Truck truck won't start

My mazda b2600 won't start. When I try, the ignition just clicks then loses all power. Battery was just tested fine. I removed the battery and used jumper cables from another car to my battery. Same thing happens. I triedto jump again without a battery by hooking to the battery connections. The engine turns but not fast enough to start. So I guess the starter is good. NOW WHAT?

Hi there,

is the engine turning over as per a normal start, you starter may be polling and this will cause a low cranking speed and the engine can have problems starting this way, also just check spark, fuel pressure, injection pulse.
