1998 Mazda 626 car has no power

I went to start my car when I turned the key my car had no power. But when I turned the key a clicking noise started it seems to be coming from one of the fuse boxes. I went and turned the key again and was able to get the clicking noise to stop.

I went to start my car when I turned the key my car had no power. Do you mean you didn't see all the red lights that normally come On. If so test the battery and connections/fusible links. If its not cranking the engine over-start checking the starter, starter relay, and ignition switch.
