Mass Air flow not getting power?

My mass air flow sensor isn't receiving any power. I bought a new sensor thinking it was the issue but then the issue was still there. so I checked if any power was even being sent from the connector to the sensor and nothing.

Good morning,

Use a voltmeter and test terminal 6 in the diagram I attached for battery voltage with the key on.

Pin 1 should have 5 volts as well.
