Where is the MAP sensor located on this car? Also this is an ongoing issue l am trying to fix and find the issue with the car. I already changed the alternator. After the steering column was changed the car started shutting off when driving. I have to turn ignition all the way off before it will start again. What's your intake on this situation? Thank you for your time knowledge.

If all that was changed was the column and this started, I am wondering if you have an ignition switch issue. Was a used column put into it or was this a new part with or without a new ignition switch?

The MAP sensor is in the left fender area. I included a picture to try and orient yourself.

Clearly if the engine is stalling this could be a MAP sensor issue but here is a guide that covers the other common causes.

Run through this and let me know what questions you have and we can go from there. Thanks
