Hi there, check that you have refrigerant in the system, I would be thinking that you may have a leak and the low pressure switch has shut down the compressor, have this check first.

Possibly the heater temp valve is stuck open and this is bleeding hot air into the system, with heater shut off are both heater hoses the same temp to feel?
