I had a heater core installed now my heat dont work what is the promblem can you help me please

I'll assume you solved this problem since this is June. If not, then check under dash by glove box and inspect vacuum hoses and connections. Check vacuum lines under hood, especially ones that go through firewall around where installation of heater core. I'll make another assumption that the thermostat is working. If not, remove and replace.
