My car start a harmonic type vibration around 42 mph and last thru 50 mph. It doesn't happen all the time about 90% of the time. Some times it can be felt/heard at higher speed. This vibration does not transfer to the steering wheel. What is best guess for cause(s) of this vibration.

It is nice to have the beneifit of a lift and a look under the car, and yes sometimes it does take a bit of back and forth to answer ANY question, Ball joints, engine and tranny mounts are ALL possibilties, did you always take your ball and go home?
