My husband just changed the starter in the car, and when he put everything back together the car will crank up but it wont start. It will almost start then dies, almost like the fuel isnt getting where it needs to be. He changed the battery, still nothing. What else do we need to try?

He will need to retrace his steps, he may have unplugged the cranksensor. Another way to find out is to verify what component is missing when you try to start the car, usually its fuel or spark.
