Turn signal (blinker) wiring diagrams please?

By relay do you mean the turn signal flasher? Because that is what controls the blinkers. Here is a turn signal wiring diagram so you can see how the system works and the flasher location as well. This part is built into the under dash fuse panel. Unfortunately, this may be a dealer only option or a salvage yard. I checked a few of the major parts sites and they don't offer it. The reason is, it is not a common part so they won't sell a lot of them which means they won't make much money off them.

Okay. I am just trying to get caught up with your issue since Ken is out this week. Before you put the MICU in neither blinker worked but the flashers did? Then you put this in and now the left blinker continues to blink and the right does nothing?

Okay. Where did you get the part from? Was it new or a used part? Basically, we are making progress so I am going to assume that MICU is defective. Clearly there could be other issues like a loose connection but whatever it is, you touched the problem when you replaced that part. When nothing works, you replace one part, and it changes but may not fix the issue, then you are dancing around it.

Unless you didn't get a connector in or have a loose wire in a connector, the MICU you got has a different issue then the one you took out.

Okay, then we can assume it is not the part at this point but that doesn't change the fact that when this part was changed the issue changed so that means we are on the right path.

Before we condemn the part we need to check terminal tension of the terminals and make sure none of the wires pull out the back of the connectors.

Here is a video of someone showing how to test the tension on a terminal. Clearly the application is different and the type of terminal is not the same but the only thing you need to follow is the process he is using by getting another male terminal and making sure there is tension when putting it in the female connector. In you application, if you find any that have little or no tension then you will need to replace the terminal/harness because it is very difficult to tighten these terminals. It can be done but if not done correctly you will damage them and they will no longer fit.

If they all check out, then I would replace that part again. They should warranty it or in some cases, they can bench test it for you free of charge. It depends on the facility that you got it from but that will determine if the part is the issue or a connection on the vehicle.

It sounds to me like you have got some wires that shorting together, probably coming from the driver's side under dash fuse box. I have included a diagram of the fuse box and wiring diagrams in the diagrams below. Please check it out and get back to us with what you find out.
