I put a new radiator in last night and drove it home and the trans. Slipped a little bit. In the morning, I went to the store and it slipped again. I got out of the store and backed out, I noticed a lot of trans fluid on the ground. I tried to put it in drive and it didn't work so I turned it off and called for a tow. I saw that the transmission stopped working when fluid leaked out the cooling hose now, if I fixed the leak and put oil in will it work again or is it to late and the damage is done to the gears ( bad transmission)?

Chances are fix the leak, fill the fluid, and buzz off happily into the sunset, however, if we're to believe the mileage you listed, the transmission is WAY overdue for a rebuild.
