1993 Jeep Wrangler fuel pump

When the ignition is turned on the fuel pump does not kick in. The fuel pump was replaced and the problem is still there. What could be the problem?

Hello, with the engine cranking, do you have primary voltage to the coil and injectors? Are there any trouble codes?

Unplug the fuel pump relay, use a testlite, with the engine cranking, how many hot terminals?
