I recently purchased a 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport, it comes with a remote keyless entry and alarm already. But, what I would like to do is add a remote starter, can I do so? Is it easy to do? Or do I need to remove the current keyless entry system and completely replace it with new dual remote starter/ keyless entry system? Or is this the best idea to start with? Thanks for the help ahead of time.

You did not mention if it is a Factory installed, or after market keyless entry (and you might not know) If it is an after market system and it does not have the auto start feature you will need to buy one which has that feature and remove the old system and install the new one, (sometimes you will see a small led light drilled into a trim panel on after market systems ). Idont know your mechanical abilities and there can some times be a lot of wiring splices to make. So if your not comfortable or if anything I just said seems over your head, maybe hire it done.
