2002 Jeep Liberty Possible drive shaft issue

Just got an oil change and when leaving, heard a steady knock or clicking sound. I immediately turned around and asked the mechanic to take a look at it. He thought it might be the Drive Shaft. My belief is that it's probably a U-Joint issue. 1st: Is my preliminary diagnosis correct? 2nd: About how much is this going to set me back?

Did the sound start after the oil change? Also, you could be correct with the u joint. Where is the sound coming from and under what conditions do you hear it? Also, is there a vibration when driving the vehicle?
