When im driving my Jeep on the highway all is fine until I hit between 55-60. As soon as I hit this speed there is a loud whistling noise coming from the rear of the car. The noise gets louder as I accelerate until I hit about 75mph where it then starts to disappear, ultimately going away when I hit 80. The noise only occurs when I accelerate. As soon as I take my foot off the gas the noise disappears. Any ideas?

I would check the rear end fluid and make sure it is full and if it isn't then pull the rear cover and change it if it has been awhile sence that has been done. Also check the axle seals out by the wheels for any leaking too, if they are leaking then I can walk you through pulling out the axle to change the seal while the rear end cover is off. Drain it into a clean bucket so you can look it over for any metal filings.
