Throughout the day. It runs fine, but once the engine gets hot it try to stall at every stop light or sign, I have tried cleaning fuel cleaners and cleaning the throttle body, what can I do? And also I will get a hard shift every once in awhile. I have changed trans fluid but keeps happening.

Clean throttle plate on both sides and around shaft and iac hole with choke cleaner as they gum up. if it continues check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent it as the fuel pressure may be low. see link.
