2003 Jeep Cherokee Cruise Control

My cruise control will turn on then it will go off after about 5 secounds then I have to turn the car off then back on and it will do the same thing. I have replaced the servo unit and all of the vacuum hoses, can you help me

Ok there is a lot of test to be done here and it will require a digital mulit meter. So let me know if you have one and I also need to know what kind of Jeep Cherokee is it a grand cherokee and then is it leredo or limited or what? Do you have access to a scan tool if needed? Get back to me and we will do some testing.
