My jeep was running fine like it had always done I was going over a hill and all the sudden it died I tride to start it back up and it would not start so I let it sit for a day then tride to start it again it ran for a bit and then it would die can you help me out please thank you

Could be crank sensor, when it dies un plug the coul wire from coil and hold a grounded test light off coil tower a 1/16" crank veh. No spark, un plug coil power wire conn. Key on, ck. For 12v to one side, the other term should pulse test light while cranking. No pulse means probable def. Crank sensor. That would be a good place to start.
