I've changed the O2 sensors, the spark plugs, and I keep getting the same codes every time. The car after it sits and cools down for about a half hour to 45 minutes and you started back up it wants to shut off, but if you hit the gas, it'll stay running like just give it a little bit of gas it'll stay running, and it won't it'll just sit there and idle. Then what could that be pointing towards? I took it to a dealership they told me the exact same thing as I told them already the codes that were coming up and they wanted to change the O2 sensors again after I've already changed them three times. They were going to charge me $480.00 to change two O2 sensors.

Hello,

Keep in mind that many times the codes can point to the oxygen sensors, but the issue could be wiring or other related components.

Can you tell me what is the code number that you are currently getting?
This can help looking into diagnostics for the code.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
