So I remember accidentally having water in the cup holder and it was in there for a while before I actually took the water out so after I lifted the center column up I saw water damage and burns but not a lot burns on plastic but I been trying to program a new key and some reason the car is not detecting any of the keys that are trying to be programmed so I just want to know if you know what I should do.

The first thing that needs to be done is the burned wiring repaired. Then I would use the scanner to clear the codes and then do a hard system reboot. This should set the system up to be able to relearn the start-up programs. Here is a guide to help you.

Code B2955: Security System Sensor Data Circuit Low
Code B2900: VIN Information Mismatch

Also, let's check the fuse BCM #6 (f21) here is a guide to check for power which the fuse should be hot at all times.

You can send images of the damage so I can see how bad it is, which will help. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
