Hey all, I was driving my trooper and all the sudden it acted as if it were outta gas so I pulled over the road tried to start n put gas in it. No good. I got it towed home. I can't hear the fuel pump come on, the relay and fuses are good. I just replaced the ERG valve. I need to replace the engine coolant sensor yet. It was just shuttering trying to get up to speed, wondering if it was a fuel related issue? Pedal to the floor n not going anywhere.

If it is the fuel pump do I have to drop the tank or is there a door to it in the back cargo area? Please give a guide to how to replace
Thank you

If you're getting spark -Check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel filter and fuel pump to include if the injectors are pulsing providing fuel and go from here.

In the event its the fuel pump you have to drop the fuel tank or loosen the bed and push it aside to get to the fuel pump which is a lot easier.
