After changing the battery today in the vehicle some of the electrical components stopped working. The dash lights, a/c panel, information display overhead, blinkers and power locks on the doors.
While this would point to electrical problems the radio and power windows are still working. The vehicle does start and run as well. We did test the items in the fuse box and they seem to be working.
Is there anything else we can check or any other suggestions?

Thanks

Did you use a memory saver when you disconnected battery? Some makes and models, it can cause system problems if battery voltage is lost. Those systems may need to be reprogrammed, by the dealership.

If you don't think it needs reprogramming, you can pick one system and check for voltage and ground. Also, check for applicable trouble codes. Some national brand auto stores will check codes for free.

I will try to find relearn procedure, don't know if there is one for this problem?

Try this, turn key to on position for 15 minutes, no need to start. That may help bcm relearn?

Thanks for the answer JDL.

We have changed the battery before and didn't have this problem. After thinking along those lines I pulled the battery cable for a while and plugged it back in and this seemed to fix the problem. Must not have reset correctly?

It could be I have a bigger problem with the wiring though :(.
