While driving and pressing on the gas, it makes a high while sound

The second problem is while I'm driving and pressing on the gas, it makes a high while sound. I don't know if it's my steering pump going/already out or if it has to do with my fuel system of some sort. Anyway, I just need help if a possible diagnosis, so I at least know where to start.

Is it a squealing sound or how would you best describe it? Also, is it loud enough for you to record and upload for me to hear?

Let me know. Also, pay attention to see if there is anything you do that causes it to change or if there is something you do that causes it.
