Try disconnecting both battery cables, then touch them together for thirty seconds. Now clean the connections and put them back on. It is possible the quick power on/off cycle tripped the ECM's immobilizer circuit. Try this first. If still nothing, you will need to do a bit of other checking, like going through the fuse box with a test light.
