2008 Dodge Caravan Need to get wheels off w/o key

I bought this van from a used car dealer and did not get the "key"/stud remover for taking the wheels off. Each wheel has a locking stud that needs a socket wrench type key to remove the wheel. The Dodge dealer says he can burn the locked stud off but that seems drastic. How can I get the locking stud off so the wheels can be removed?

First of all thank you so much for your donation.I don't know what style wheel lock's you have but they sell wheel lock removal kit's you just hammer them on and remove the wheel lock's.
