Car in stationary position idles quite low, not very smooth idling.
Car jerks between 30 - 60 KM's (only at low KM's) not high KM's. On a slight decline and in the correct gear, car jerks between those KM's, once I accelerate more, the jerking goes away. It does not seem to jerk at all when driving on an incline at low speeds when more acceleration is needed (if that make sense). Only jerks on a straight or slight decline.
It does not jerk in high speeds at all.
The MAP sensor (no MAF) has been replaced.
The car has had a service.
The cables and spark plugs have been replaced.
The idle control valve was cleaned thoroughly, and the jerking went away for a time, but has since returned after I went on a long journey, car went extremely well in high speeds. But since then, the car seems to have developed the jerking again, and I cleaned the idle control valve thing again, but has not helped.

When you say it jerks, do you mean it misfires? I see it is a manual transmission so this is not a transmission issue?

We don't have a manual on this vehicle as it is not offered here in the USA, but here is a guide that will help get us started:

If this only happens on slight declines or straight roads then we need to monitor the fuel pressure and make sure this is not the issue when this is happening.

Hi Kasekenney1

Thanks for your reply.

No it does not misfire.

It stutters or shudders for lack of another word. It randomly shudders at low km's. So if I am driving and I change gears to get to a speed of 40-50kms it suddenly starts to shudder, it will remain shuddering unless I accelerate to a higher speed or release my foot off the accelerator, and it only does it at low speeds (km's). - Between 35 - 60km speeds.

These are the things I have done to the car. Sparks plugs replaced, cables replaced, full service done, idle control sensor throttle body cleaned. MAP sensor replace (unnecessarily it seems).

Question - could it be the coil pack? Is there a way of checking the coil pack before replacing?

Okay. Thanks for clarifying. This could be the coil or the fuel pressure.

We need to rule out fuel first and foremost. Anytime you get sputtering or stuttering it is most likely fuel related. If it were a coil then you would most likely have misfires due to that controlling the spark.

Let's check fuel pressure when you are feeling this and we can go from there.
