I replace my compressor it blows good but not cool

When I turn the a/c on it not cooling down I have a new compressor on it

Why did you replace the compressor? Leakage, failure? Was the system vacuumed down and tested for leaks prior to re-charge? Does it seem like you can switch between hot/cold but just no cold air?
