Driver headlight wiring diagram needed

Missing two connector heads. I want to wire new ones in, but I need to make sure I have the right ones.

The car listed above is a coupe, with the ballast on the bottom of the headlight housing. The one going to the ballast and fog lights (I think) are missing.
