I have some issues on my car

Hi this is Ahmer from Pakistan I have Cressida 1977 engine swapped of Marki 2 Grande beams 2000 A/T.
Few days ago I got a problem on my car that when my car is running on 2nd gear, 3rd or top gear and if I softly tap accelerator the car doesn't give any response and no power if I tap medium soft then still no response and the loud sound of throttle or intake comes but when I tap hardly then it shifts down the gear and gives extra response.
What I have done:
Spark plugs changed
Fuel pump changed
Fuel filter changed
As I mentioned that I have swapped engine so there is no check engine light installed so that I can check through computer, please help me out if u understand the actual problem.

Without access to the engine computer, you can only do guess work and do by swapping components until you get it correct.

If you understand the computer system well, there is always a way to gain access. You need to wire it up correctly.

Such symptoms can be due to many factors such as O2 sensors, TPS, MAF etc.
