Running poorly, check engine and airbag light on

It sounds like a few different problems. What I suggest you have done is scan the computer. It will store diagnostic trouble codes related to the problems and lead us in the right direction. Here is a quick video showing how one is used:

Now, I realize most people don't own a scanner. However, most parts stores will do it for free. If you can have that done and let me know the codes they find, I would much better at helping. If I don't have those codes, it becomes a guessing game. Also, when you get back with me, let me know when the last tune up was done on the vehicle.

As far as the heater and AC, do you mean the fan doesn't work or it does, but you can't change temp? Here are a couple links that may help. Before doing anything, check to make sure the coolant level is full.
